Without strong markets for forest products, landowners can’t afford to continue growing trees and may convert their land to uses much less environmentally friendly. Thanks to professional foresters, we have more volume in trees in America today than we had 50 years ago.

What types of Christmas trees do you offer?
We offer real Christmas trees in sizes of 6ft, 7ft, and 8ft for preorder.
How can I pick up my Christmas tree?
You can pick up your tree in person at 8033 Hood Rd, Charlotte, NC 28215. Enjoy the nostalgia of picking up your tree from the Christmas tree lot with your family. Pearl Mansion is beautiful 11-acre estate that provides the perfect peaceful sitting to load up your tree. You might see geese on a layover at the pond or deer foraging the landscape.
Do you offer delivery for the trees?
Yes, we provide delivery options directly to your home in Charlotte, NC. Don’t have a truck or don’t want to strap a tree to the hood of your car, NO PROBLEM. Our elves can deliver directly to you.
Where do the proceeds from the tree sales go?
Proceeds go to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to support those in need. Alternatively, we partner with other non-profits, like Rotary International, who may also be selling trees directly and then we handle the logistic of pickup or delivery. We don’t offer this service for profit, ’tis the season of giving and holiday cheer! About $50 from every tree sale goes to charity. We source trees at wholesale prices, then provide efficient operations with the help of volunteers.
Can I preorder my Christmas tree?
Yes, it’s the only method. In order to reduce waste and loss of proceeds from unsold perishable trees, we offer this opportunity to ensure you have a beautiful tree for the holidays with the additional benefit of knowing proceeds are going to a good cause.
